High Speed – Fully Auto- Progressive Line
- We have fully Auto, High Speed Progressive presses line Up to 250 Ton and in New Expansion we are adding more Presses up to 360 Ton. Where we can able to punch Precise lamination from 0.20 mm to 0.65 mm.
Notching Presses
- We have fully Auto, High Speed Progressive presses line Up to 250 Ton and in New Expansion we are adding more Presses up to 360 Ton. Where we can able to punch Precise lamination from 0.20 mm to 0.65 mm.
Manual Press (Compound Tooling)
- For Prototype Solutions, Specialized designed Lamination and Low requirements particulars for this kind of Lamination we have full range of Manual Punching Presses ,where we can cut the lamination from 0.20 mm to 3 mm Thickness. We have available range of Presses from 20T to up to 150 Ton.
Die Casting Testing Machines
- In Continuous Process of Die Cast Rotors we have set the procedure to check 100% Die cast rotors to avoid Rotor failure at Customer End. We also check the rotor by Machining of Both End rings and Outer Diameter to verify the Conductivity of the Aluminum die cast process.
Circle Cutting Machine
- Looking to add Notching Operations in our Strength we also going to add Circle Cutting machines which cutting range will be up to 1600 mm Diameter, with cutting thickness up to 0.65 mm.
Deburring Machines
- For high precise Assemble of Stacking, we have also keep provision for Deburring Machines where we can de-burr the laminations up to 0.65 mm Thickness very preciously.
Die Casting Machines
- We have available or Alum-Die casting machines in range of 100 T where we can die cast Rotor up to 200F, In further expansion we are looking forward to add more machines up to 250 Ton. We gives a best tooling solution with high quality Die cast rotors , in our future expansion we have also keep planned to go for Alum-Die cast Motor Body and Parts as per Customer requirements.
Quality Lab
- We have Quality Lab where we can check the Raw Material of Steel, Die cast Rotors, Finish Stamping Dimensions reports, Mould /Tools. Also available required Quality instruments like Digital Vernier Caliper, Digital Height Gauge, Micro Meter, Burr measurement Instruments, Digital Core Loss Tester Etc., Which Provides all required reports to our Customers.
In-House Tool Maintenance
- We have in house tool maintenance for compound tool and progressive tools. We keep record of tool maintenance as history cast of Tools by given particular Identity of the Tools.
Cleating and Welding Machines
- For Different kind of Lamination Stacking as per Customer requirements we have Semi Auto and Fully Auto Cleating/Welding Machines available up to range of Diameter 400 mm and length up to 600 mm , further in new expansion we are going to add with new machines with updated range for Diameter up to 600 mm and length upto 1300 mm.
Stock and Scrap Managements
- As per STD we set arrangement and procedure to maintain Finished Stamping/Lamination Stock at our end as per customer requirements, with all records with required reports, Also we maintain the Scrap management by to follow a STD Procedure fixed by SAP to avoid rejection mix-up , damages of man and machines.
