RM Inward Process :
We set STD to check RM at time of inward, the procedure we follow to check RM
- Check Test Certificate received from Mill
- Check Actual weight and Invoice weight of Coil
- Check Material Grade and Coating
- Check damages in the coil if any
- Take inward and give particular Identity coil number etc.,
Die Cast Rotor Inspection and maintain reports
Finish Goods Stamping Inspection and Reports
Rejection reports and allot separate location to avoid mix-up
Follow STD SOP to process all manufacturing process like Stamping punching operations, Cleating Operations etc.,
Maintain all instrument Calibration report up to date
Keep observation and maintain all machinery time to time preventive activity reports
Tool maintenance reports
Tool identity for specialized and customized tool
Maintain all STD Process as per ISO.
Maintain all Documents and Schedule Audits for all departments
Communication with Customer for improvements of Quality Lamination process
Process Control to maintain Proper Packing method to avoid damages
Process management and improvements – Training programmed
Manpower skill improvement training
Review meetings and maintain reports for improvements
